Make Your Own Organic Tinctures

Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking a herbs in a liquid solvent like high proof vodka. Some substitute the alcohol for ACV or vegetable glycerin, more suitable for kids or those avoiding alcohol.

How to take: Tinctures can be applied orally, under the tongue or added to water or tea.
