OG Butterfly pea flower
Butterfly pea flowers bloom from the Clitoria Ternatea plant, native to Thailand and Malaysia. It’s popular for its striking color. It’s naturally indigo blue when brewed w/ water. Add some lemon and it changes its pH level to create a pretty shade of violet.
I love it over ice! It’s mild and smooth enough to add color to any cocktail or concoction.
